👩‍💼 Role Overview:

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You will:

Greet walk-in clients and assist with booking their vehicles in
Answer incoming calls and manage front desk enquiries
Liaise with service advisors, insurers, and internal staff
Manage office admin, filing, and emails
Maintain a professional, calm, and customer-focused environment

✅ Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong telephone etiquette
Competence in MS Office and general computer use
Experience in customer-facing roles (preferably in automotive or service industries)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
