👩‍💼 Role Overview:

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You will:

• Greet walk-in clients and assist with booking their vehicles in

• Answer incoming calls and manage front desk enquiries

• Liaise with service advisors, insurers, and internal staff

• Manage office admin, filing, and emails

• Maintain a professional, calm, and customer-focused environment

✅ Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong telephone etiquette

• Competence in MS Office and general computer use

• Experience in customer-facing roles (preferably in automotive or service industries)

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
