After the vehicle has been repaired a Quality-check, according to a Quality / Accident report is being done by a quality controller.
The report is placed on the file of the vehicle and kept in a safe-place. Also on the file is a copy of the quotation, all invoices of the job as well as the jobcard.
Insurance Companies periodically audit these files against payment by Insurance Companies and work done by the Automotive Body Repairer.
K & A Smart (external survey company) was appointed from 2007 to do a survey regarding the customer’s comments on repairs. The negative comments are e-mailed through to the company which we have to rectify.
